ActiveSustainability role: Lead consultant for development and implementation of the project sustainability strategy and initiatives to ensure the project achieves best practice certification according to the ED standards
Key strategies for implementation included: Project visioning workshop with project management team,, marketing and promotion, community development and capacity building activities, purchaser sustainable living education, end-user behaviour change, sustainable living rebate incentives and information pack, built form design criteria for single residential, apartments and commercial/retail, waste management plans, and project management and consultancy team capacity building.
